I am a freelance writer working in Northern Connecticut. I have been writing professionally for many years, both in a freelance capacity, and as owner of a publishing and design studio called the Free Lunch Studios.

I earned a degree in History from Boston College, and did graduate work at the Central Connecticut State University. I have worked as a journalist for several online and print sources, and have seen my work published in many outlets over the years.
Creatively, I write the gags for the Junk Food cartoons, a single panel strip illustrated by my business partner Matt Ryan. I also perform stand-up comedy and give lectures at schools and libraries on a variety of topics.
I live in Enfield with my Black Labrador Retriever named Artemis and spend most of my spare time with my face buried in a book. I look forward to hearing from you!
